• Within Your Team: Recognition messages and your profile information are visible to members of your team.
• Service Providers: We share data with third-party providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing via Stripe, email delivery).
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Recognition messages are retained according to your plan's history limits (90 days for Free, unlimited on paid plans plans). When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except as required by law.

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Export your data in a portable format
